It's always interesting to see the differences in our states. From favorite foods and traditions to the most popular item in your grocery cart. Isn't it strange that states can differ so much in just a few strange ways?

For instance, Ranker.com made a list of the best-selling items from Walmart by state. Who comes up with stuff? But the crazy thing is, it's really pretty interesting. Some states I understand like California it's Protein Drinks. Makes sense they are "health conscience" but others? How about Illinois, the number one selling product is Erasers?

Let's check out the states in our area. Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas and Arkansas. Have any guesses?

The best-selling product sold at Walmart in this state is ...

Barbecue Sauce. According to Ranker.com there are more BBQ restaurants per capita in Oklahoma than in any other state. That fact alone is interesting. You can't help but wonder how Texans feel about that.

The most sold product in Louisiana is...

Root Beer Extract? Ah, this is an ingredient used in creole food. Now that makes sense, but to tell you the truth I'd never even heard of Root Beer Extract until today.

Now in Texas, I can't help but think it would be Beef. ya know like steaks and ribs. But nope not even close. The best-selling product in Texas at Walmart is ...

A TV Wall Mount. Seriously? Is Texas the only place in the country that does this?

Now the big question is Arkansas. What is the best-selling product at Walmart in Arkansas? If you guessed Razorback memorabilia, you would be wrong, because the winner would be...

Chocolate! Well, at least we have great taste in Arkansas. Plus isn't Chocolate supposed to be good for the soul?
