This aerosol filling machine line model 2800B is designed with:
a. 1 automatic aerosol can arranging table,
b. 4 liquid fillers+1 automatic valve inserter+ 1 Valve correcter
c. 1 crimping head +3 gas fillers
d. Automatic Actuator Feeding&Pressing Machine
e. Packing table and conveyor belt,ex motor. This line is most suitable for small and medium businesses, which could reach around 35-45 cans/Min.

1. Can arrangement Machine: It consists of 9 flat-roofed conveyor belts, an explosion-proof motor and relevant control parts. It can feed the cans to the next station automatically with changeable speed availability.
2. Liquid Filing, Valve feeder and Valve corrector:
It is designed at one working table. It consist of 4 liquid fillers, 1 valve feeder and 1 valve corrector. It can fill 4 different liquids at same time.
3. Crimping and gas filling machine:
It is designed at one working table. It consist of 1 crimping machine and 3 gas fillers. Customer could maximize the gas filling speed and filling quantity by 3 gas fillers. Also 1-2 gas fillers could be reserved for future use as per the production arrangement.
