Semi Automatic 2 Heads Weighing Filling Machine
1 The system adopts weighing type filling, which has high measurement accuracy and is not affected by materials.
2 The feeding valve consisting of fast addition and slow addition can not only improve the filling speed but also improve the filling accuracy.
3 The measuring range is large, and the measurement error is less than 10 g/barrel.
4 The filling head adopts anti-drip device, and the material to be poured is free from air bubbles, and the effect is good.
Main structure and working principle
The computer quantitative filling machine has a feeding system, a weighing system, a rack, a pneumatic control, a control system, and a powerless raceway.
Feeding mode: The feed is required to be continuously stable (using a feed pump or hopper pressurizing feed)
The feeding mechanism performs rapid and slow feeding through the cylinders by the solenoid valves.
Filling method: ordinary conventional filling and lifting submersible filling (select when ordering according to need)
The weighing system consists of a weighing bracket, a sensor, a weighing platform with a powerless drum and a rack support and filling system.
Pneumatic control system: control fast and slow feed valves.
The weighing platform is not allowed to be subject to additional additional forces during use.
Line include following:
1. Workflow: manually put bottle→filling→ manually put cap→ capping→sealing→ self adhesive labeling→ribbon printing (optional)→inkjet printing (optional)→bottle collecting (optional)→cartoning (optional).
